Supporting the communities close to us
We support our local communities with donations, sponsorships, and the financing of projects for the common good.
It is in this same spirit that the Nossana project was launched in recent months, a project in favour of the local community, enthusiastically backed by S.Pellegrino: a potabilization plant that will ensure unfailing water supplies to over 300,000 citizens in Bergamo province, even in the event of exceptional weather conditions making the public spring water cloudy.
The world of fine dining
Today, the impact generated by fine dining goes well beyond the kitchen and may even spark social change. We are proud to participate in this movement by supporting talented individuals in the world of fine food, with an eye to their future, and by promoting the concept of responsibility and inclusivity in the fine dining culture. For this reason, we have created the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Competition and, more recently, the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy. The Academy is a stimulating community that unites talented young chefs from all over the world with senior personalities from the world of fine dining, to provide training and networking opportunities.
In collaboration with the chefs, we demonstrate our solidarity through various activities, one example being the movement named #SupportRestaurants in 2020, a project offering tangible support in difficult times, to build a future for the industry together with restaurateurs.
