With the S.Pellegrino Young Chef project, S.Pellegrino has always been at the forefront of supporting young culinary talent. During this year in particular, the brand has renewed its commitment to supporting restaurants.
Following the postponement of the Grand Finale of S.Pellegrino Young Chef to 29-30 October, 2021, S.Pellegrino has decided to engage all the regional finalists competing for the title of S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2021, as well as all the young chefs who have won the other prizes on offer this year (S.Pellegrino Award for Social Responsibility, Acqua Panna Award for Connection in Gastronomy and The Fine Dining Lovers Food for Thought Award) in creating a personal recipe collection.
Each dish will be made from simple, local ingredients inspired by each chef’s background and their shared philosphy for promoting susitable and innovative cuisine.
The young chefs’ recipe collection will take us around the world to discover talent, creativity and new flavours.
The special recipe collection will be published and updated each week in Fine Dining Lovers, the international online gourmet magazine by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, and soon to be distributed in a downloadable e-book version for home chefs.
