S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2018: Local Juries and Mentors

S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2018: Local Juries and Mentors

With the third edition of S.Pellegrino Young Chef underway, applications to the global talent search for the best young chef in the world are open.

The names of the chefs that will form each of the 21 local juries (one for every world region) are being finalised and announced one by one.

At the start of June the names of the 210 semifinalists (10 for each region) will be announced and the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Local Competitions 2017 will commence. It’s during this phase that each of the area finalists will be selected to represent the region at the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Grand Final in Milan 2018.

A chef from each local jury has also been selected as the area mentor, and will provide the local finalist with guidance on how to improve their signature dishes and their chance of being crowned S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2018 on the world platform.

Here are the names of juries and mentors by region, so far.
