Come to Italy with US

To coincide with the three month countdown to the Year of Italian Culture in the USA 2013 coming to an end, a gala dinner took place on September the 30th at the Reggia di Colorno - residence of the ALMA culinary school. Seven young American chefs, who received a scholarship through the project Come to Italy with US, sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna and others sponsors, cooked a very Italian Dinner. 

The menu created was based on iconic typical Italian ingredients: eggplant, pumpkin, zucchini blossoms, meat, milk, grapes and, naturally, tomato.
