S.Pellegrino and Food for Soul have announced a global collaboration to promote a responsible, sustainable food culture.
Food on the Edge with S.Pellegrino, took place at the National University of Ireland Galway in October.
A number of top international chefs will be taking part, including the three Michelin starred chef Clare Smyth.
