At S.Pellegrino, we are always grateful to the people who help us savour the very best that life has to offer.

For the last 120 years, S.Pellegrino has inspired people to savour life and tasteful moments. And throughout the years, we have been inspired by the line cooks who add flavour to our beliefs in fine dining establishments around the world.

We see the work they do day-after-day. We value their critical role within a well-run kitchen. We appreciate their expertise that enriches every plate. Because the kitchen is the heart of every restaurant, and its pulse is powered by every line chef. That's why we want to offer them this token of our gratitude.


So, as a way of saying “thank you” to Canada's talented chefs de partie for their hard work and dedication, we are launching a series of special celebrations we are calling: “Heart of the House”. In each event, a group of line chefs will enjoy an evening on the other side of the kitchen door, savouring fine food and wine, relaxing and mingling with their esteemed peers.

We are therefore asking restaurant owners, chefs and industry peers to nominate a deserving line cook for a seat at this prestigious table.

The first event hosted by our partner, Alo Restaurant, will honour GTA line cooks on Wednesday, May 18, 2022
Nominations are due by Wednesday, April 27, 2022.
