Maximum taste and a smiling creativity: those were the elements of the 4-hands menu of 8 courses served in Moscow on March 5, when World 50 Best Japanese chef Zaiyu Hasegawa gave a superb dinner along with Dmitry Eremeev, chef of "Turandot" restaurant. Zaiyu works in the style of Kaiseki - a Japanese meal with many courses that requires unique techniques both in serving and cooking the food. He approaches Kaiseki in his own way, that is to 'enjoy life, eat and have fun'. S. Pellegrino and Acqua Panna were indispensable companions in this ultimate taste experience.
