Hezret Berdiev is the Russia, Baltics & CIS Finalist

Hezret Berdiev has been named the Best Young Chef in the Russia, Baltics & CIS semi-final of S. Pellegrino Young Chef 2016 in Moscow.

Hezret Berdiev, sous-chef of Four Seasons Hotel Lion Palace, St Petersburg, competed against nine other local semi-finalists to take the title with his winning signature dish, simply named: Summer in Siberia.

The local jury of famous chefs: Vladimir Mukhin, who will also perform in the role of mentor in Milan, Tõnis Sigur, Sergey Shiporov, Liutauras Chepratskas and Uilliam Lamberti were unanimous in their decision on the winner.

Berdiev will now represent the resgion in the S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2016 Grand Finale, which will be held in Milan this October.
