Maximum taste and a smiling creativity: those were the elements of the 4-hands menu of 8 courses served in Moscow on March 5, when World 50 Best Japanese chef Zaiyu Hasegawa gave a superb dinner along with Dmitry Eremeev, chef of "Turandot" restaurant. Zaiyu works in the style of Kaiseki - a Japanese meal with many courses that requires unique techniques both in serving and cooking the food.
