IN VIEW OF THE MANY REQUESTS COMING FROM CANDIDATES, WE POSTPONED THE DEADLINE TO THE 7TH OF APRIL 2016 AT 23:59 (GMT+1).
Until the 31st of March you’ll have the chance to compete to become the S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2016. In order to do so, you’ll have to fill a Registration Form and upload your CV, the copy of your ID, your recipe and the photos of your signature dish.
From the 1st of April, ALMA, the world's most renown centre for Italian cuisine whose Rector is the famous chef Gualtiero Marchesi, will select the semifinalists of every geographical area that will prepare their signature dish in front of the local juries.
The finalists will be part, finally, of the Grande Finale that will take place in Milano from the 13th to the 15th of October during which the International jury will choose the S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2016.
