S.Pellegrino celebrates EE BAFTAs with cooking class
On Sunday 11th April 2021, in celebration of the partnership with the EE British Academy Film Awards that is now in its fourth consecutive year, S.Pellegrino collaborated with two Michelin-starred chef Claude Bosi to offer viewers an exclusive virtual dining experience.
Although the EE BAFTAs were hosted as a virtual event this year, the night was as spectacular as ever. And as the official water partner, S.Pellegrino added its tasteful touch to the evening, ensuring viewers could celebrate in style at home with a dish fit for the stars, naturally accompanied by S.Pellegrino's signature gentle bubbles.
The cooking masterclass was streamed from Waitrose Cookery School on the day of the ceremony on S.Pellegrino’s online food magazine Fine Dining Lovers, where foodies could discover exclusive tips on how to craft the perfect celebration at home, as well as a step-by-step recipe for those wishing to recreate the dish at a later date. Chef Bosi showed viewers how to prepare a succulent Cod Grenobloise with sustainably sourced Icelandic Cod Loin. As a vegetarian alternative, he also prepared succulent roasted cauliflower steaks. Both recipes included fresh herbs, browned butter and salty capers, and provided the perfect start to an evening of first-class cuisine and entertainment.
Claude Bosi’s unique ability to elevate senses with delicate flavours and show-stopping dishes are legendary among London’s food lovers.
