1748 - The mineral water flowing in San Pellegrino is analysed for the first time. The results show a composition that has not changed up until to present day.
Bottle
1899 - The Sanpellegrino Company is founded and subsequently listed on the Milan Stock Exchange. Over the course of the following year (1900), 35.343 bottles of S.Pellegrino mineral water are produced, and 5.562 of these are shipped abroad.

1901 - The San Pellegrino Bath Facilities and The Refreshment Hall officially open. The town of San Pellegrino Terme begin to thrive as a holiday area around its spa facilities, which the aristocracy of half of Europe enjoy for its weather, treatments and society life.
Grand Hotel
1906 - The Grand Hotel and The Casino of San Pellegrino Terme are inaugurated. Commissioned by the Company to architect Romolo Squadrelli, during the Belle Époque the magnificent Liberty-style building became the place to be seen for worldwide royalty, ministers, diplomats and top figures from every known field.

1908 - S.Pellegrino mineral water’s distribution network is far reaching, stretching well beyond the European main cities, to Cairo, Calcutta, Shanghai, Brazil, the US, Peru and even Sydney, Australia.
Sanpellegrino Aranciata, a tasteful sparkling fruit
1932 - Sanpellegrino Aranciata, a tasteful sparkling fruit beverage containing only orange juice, sugar and carbonated water, is launched on the market.
Aranciata Amara
1949 - In celebration of the Company’s 50th birthday, Aranciata Amara is launched, soon followed by Limonata, Chinotto and the other beverages, all part of the Sanpellegrino sparkling fruit beverages range.
Company purchases Acqua Panna
1957 - The Sanpellegrino Company purchases Acqua Panna.
First 100 Years
1999 - Sanpellegrino Company celebrates its first 100 Years with an exciting calendar listing of major events, concluding with Mozart’s Don Giovanni, directed by Maestro Riccardo Muti at La Scala Opera House in Milan, in front of 2000 guests from all over the world.
S.Pellegrino Cooking Cup
2001 - S.Pellegrino Cooking cup was introduced, as one of the most vibrant and exciting occasion to share the Italian art of living.
500 million bottles
2005 - Over 500 million bottles of S.Pellegrino mineral water are sold all over the world.
