Source

The S.Pellegrino source is currently monitored through geological and hydrological studies which analyse every phase of the water’s journey in order to fully understand its nature and taste. The water flows into the S.Pellegrino spring at a temperature of 22,6°C. Studies have shown that it takes at least 30 years for rain that falls on the mountainside to finally arrive at the source, which is 350-meter ASL (above sea level) high.
