The international food festival Taste of London sponsored by S.Pellegrino takes place from June 20th to 23rd at Regent's Park, where around 35 different restaurants offer a selection of dishes to the public. Each year, S.Pellegrino participates to the festival with different proposals and activities.
In 2013 dough throwing master classes are held by The Pizza Pilgrims in the Sanpellegrino Fruit Beverage Orangery, a perfect invitation to practice the art of fine food. Samples of their modern take of authentic Neapolitan pizza is also served alongside refreshing Sparkling Fruit Beverages, providing a real taste of Italy.
In S.Pellegrino's VIP restaurant, chef Alexis Gauthier is preparing a special menu, giving to everyone who desires to join the event the chance to sample the chef’s unique take on allowing vegetables to be the lead ingredient in a dish.
Neil Philips, sommelier, runs masterclasses where guests can hone their skills on how to pair Acqua Panna and S.Pellegrino with wine and food.
