Born of the fusion of the words food and feeling, Le Fooding (launched by the famous Parisian magazine Nova) was created in 1999 by Alexandre Cammas, a French food journalist, as a creative and trendy way of enjoying food using recipes literally cooked in the streets by talented avant-garde chefs and presented on plastic plates and cups.
The aim is to expose the public to high-level cuisine in stimulating and fashionable places (museums, deconsecrated churches, ex-factories, underground stations, gardens, etc.).
These culinary experiences are then gathered into the Le Fooding Guide, an innovative gastronomic guide featuring over 800 French restaurants.
The concept of this Parisian event (since 2010 exported to New York and Milan) embodies a new, exciting and youthful way of experiencing fine dining.
