Ski, cooking and entertainment are the ingredients of the Chef’s Cup, held in Alta Badia, the well-known Dolomites mountains in Italy. This gourmet and lifestyle appointment, born from an idea of the two Michelin stars chef Norbert Niederkofler, gathers each year not only the culinary elite and sector operators but also the public for gastronomic and sport initiatives.
Hosts of this traditional event are ”the Dolomitici”, Alta Badia restaurants: St Hubertus – Relais & Chateaux Rosa Alpina, - La Siriola – Hotel Ciasa Salares and la Stuel De Michil – Hotel La Perla. The Chef’s Cup philosophy is a must, all the chefs share a mutual goal maintaining the high standard quality of the local products, craftsmanship and selection of raw materials, essential factors that make the quality of Italian culinary products a unique value on the international scene. AP & SP will accompany the chefs during all the week of the event especially on the most waited challenge on the snow where all the chefs will compete on ski runs to fight for the Acqua Panna e S. Pellegrino Chef’s Ski Cup Trophy.
